prime gods

know the past

“Know the past, to understand the present, and prepare for the future.” This adage has been guiding people in making decisions in all aspects of their lives. In the process of decision making whether minor or a major one, reviews of past experiences, whether it is your own or others’ is one of the proper course.

Usually, we often hear that it is good to learn from your experience. However, experience is a harsh teacher, for it gives the test first, before the lesson. As such, we will not be able to live long enough to experience everything we want to learn. What is best is to learn from the experience of others.
