Getting a Tatoo

As a kid I was told by my mother not to have one because they say that in case that there is an emergency and they need my blood to be transfer to them, the doctor wouldn’t allow me to do it because a tattoo will unpurified your blood. Not sure if this is a myth or a facts. But seeing a collection of tattoo pictures made me crave to do it more.
If I will get the chance to have a tatoo without a side effects I would like to get a tattoo on the back of my body, near my shoulders. I want to place a blue eyes dragon with silver body. I also wanted to have a chinese name tattoo. I think that would be cool. But this will still remain a dream until I’ve cleared up my mind.
