Yes, you read it right. There are crash diets that work fast. But a word of precaution, though – your body might have a difficult time adjusting to your sudden change in food intake so it is best for you to set aside one or two days of cutting down food intake to prepare you for the crash diets.
One popular crash diet is the juice diet, which some even call the juice fast because you will not be taking in anything except raw juices of fruits and vegetables like carrot juice, broccoli juice, pineapple juice, and so on. To prepare your body, just eat fruits and vegetables for one or two days before taking in only juices.
One of the other crash diets that work fast is the intake of a meal replacement drink or shake. Be careful in choosing a product, though. Make sure you do not have allergies or adverse reactions to any of its ingredients. Also, research on the product’s effectiveness.
