Being “festively plump” no more

Being “festively plump”, as Eric Cartman of South Park puts it, my brother’s belly has often been the object of our teasing affection occasionally over dinner and family gatherings. I think it’s getting to him finally since for the past few months, he’s been doing all sorts of things to find the best way to lose belly fat. From slimming tea to protein diet, to just regular jogging, he’s done it all – quite unsuccessfully though.
You see, the problem is, it’s very hard for him to say no to buffet and meat. In short, controlling his appetite is his waterloo. Anyway, I hope he finds THE solution to his belly dilemma soon.
