a life insurance with no medical exam

My dad is currently 62 years old. We’ve been planning to get him a life insurance but given his condition of having undergone a bypass operation five years ago plus his current age, it’s been tough finding a life insurance for him.
Then I encountered a life insurance no medical online. I was flabbergasted. What company would allow insurance with no medical exam, no waiting period, and a full coverage on the first day of payment? I decided to read more on their website, and I guess it really is possible. I still have to consult this with my brother first because he’s the one paying. In any case, I think this is the best we could come up with for my dad.
