There was this interesting ad I saw in the net.
It says: The official, easy-to-use punctuation mark to emphasize a sarcastic phrase, sentence or message, click here to learn more.
The SarcMark is just amazing. It really makes sense. Sarcasm is a little hard to detect especially during chats and written messages so this new punctuation mark will surely make your messages easier to understand and more fun. The SarcMark will cost you around 2 dollars to download, but who cares? Two dollars can’t even buy a Toblerone nowadays.
I think the inventors of this product are very creative not to mention very good in making business. In the SarcMark website, they even have merchandise like clothes and stuff with their patented SarcMark logo. Who would ever think that a simple logo could generate so much money. It’s just so cool!

Gone are the days of the hairy flabby men. More and more men are becoming conscious about their figure nowadays yet most of the advertised weight loss products are specifically formulated for women only. My dad became crazy about diet pills the moment he saw mom slim down. He tried some brands of weight loss pills but they are just not suitable for him.
My dad is not really a tech savvy guy so I helped him search for weight loss pills in Google. I typed in fat burner for men on the search box and voila!
Seeing the search results, my dad got so excited he printed out the brands and descriptions of the products. I guess he got too excited because he already went to the mall to get those pills. I still do not know why he is acting this way. Nope he’s not drugged or anything. Maybe he’s just having the “midlife crisis” hehe. Anyhow, I bet he’ll come home empty handed because excited as he is, he is still very budget conscious and he won’t spend money on stuff that he is not sure about.

Most of us have been affected by acne during puberty when our hormones started to freak out. Eventually the acne just disappears after about two years (of humiliation). That kind of acne is just probably just cause by hormonal imbalance and is easily treated by our friendly dermatologists. Adult acne in the other hand affects us in later years and is caused by toxins accumulated in our body. This is why adult acne treatments are different from the creams that our derma suggested when we were young. Believe it or not, adult skin is more sensitive than teen skin because adult skin cannot heal that fast anymore compared to teen skin. Also years of using cosmetics and night creams might have affected the skin’s natural defense system against allergens. This is probably the reason why adult acne is very common nowadays.
To rid of this problem, we must be conscious with detoxifying our body. Since acne is caused by toxins, it just follows that detoxification will solve the problem. There are a lot of ways we can detoxify our body. Water therapy is the simplest among the other ways. Drinking plenty of warm water everyday combined with exercise can really help the body’s immune system to fight infections like acne.

Since we’ll be gone for four days and three nights for my sister’s wedding, we wanted to make sure that our house and things will be safe during that period. Consequently, we went to the mall two days before the wedding and purchased a driveway alarm which signals you for unexpected detections for security purposes.
What’s really great about the driveway alarm we purchased is that these units can give you approximately 1500’ range between transmitter and receiver, and in some cases you may get a distance of to 3000’. Moreover, it’s weatherproof! We already asked our neighbor if they could house the receiver during the duration that we’re gone and they were very accommodating.
We already have everything installed and tested. Now we’re all good to go for the wedding! ^_^

I have been unable to drive our car since December 2009. And no, it’s not because I scratched the car and had to pay for those expensive Ferrari parts to have them fixed. It’s actually more embarrassing than that – I lost my driver’s license.
I’m pretty sure I didn’t lose it though. It’s just within the premises of our house. Then again, it hasn’t showed up for more than a month, so I decided to just have my license duplicated this first week of February. I was actually surprised because the duplication process took less than 2 hours!
Now my only problem is… getting my driving skills back to it’s not-so-hazardous phase. Driving well is similar to playing the guitar, once you learn it, you’ll never lose it… BUT constant practice makes you a better guitarist. And well, as for me, I need to spend more time driving to make sure I’m safely back on track – literally.

I’m one of those people who, given a chance, would just love to lie down in bed and sleep. However, when it comes to regimen, especially beauty regimen, I am very strict about it. After all, anyone who has experienced the harsh, ugly world of acne would do everything in their power to never see them again.
Consequently, no matter how exhausted or tipsy-drunk I am, I still make sure I’m able to brush my teeth, cleanse my face and put on my night repair cream before sleeping. So far, after finding the perfect treatment, I have not missed a regimen – and my acne of course never had a chance to return. I have successfully maintained my now glowing and smooth skin. It’s all about dedication, after all.

I noticed that I have this small dark spot at my cheekbone. At first, I thought it’s just a pimple scar, then again, it’s been there for a long time but is simply not disappearing. I had it checked and found that it’s actually sunburn!
Considering that I’ve been getting very little sun exposure in my lifestyle, having a sunburn right in my face (literally) was really shocking for me. Then I found out from my dermatologist that having those is really common especially at this age. Which is why it’s very important to put a sun block or sun screen on the face and neck as well every morning. She did recommend an age spot removal. But as always, prevention is better than cure. So, as my only tip for those who doesn’t want to have some dark spots? Wear sunscreen!

Finally, I now have my very own WD MyBook external hard drive! I have been planning to get one since my last birthday, unfortunately, I had so much outstanding balance in my credit card that I was forced to close my accounts and settle my debts. A friend of mine who does credit repair services taught me on how to regain my good credit standing in my other cards.
As a rule of thumb (my friend said), never exceed your credit beyond ten percent of your annual income, or you will have a hard time paying for it. This is certainly true for me. I personally have incurred charges of more than fifty percent of my annual income. I did not notice it at first because credit card companies usually offer twelve months installment plans. After several purchases, my monthly due’s were way out of my budget.
The solution was simple. Discipline.
I just needed to prioritize stuff that I really need (not the ones I think I need). I listed down the things I wanted to buy and sorted them out according to necessity. On top of my list were things that I use to get income from like a PC (I’m a web developer). I used those income generating stuff to get more income to pay for my other debts. Eventually, the sacrifices paid off. It took me a year but now I’m debt free and happy.
Right now, I have a new job and a business of my own, thanks to my PC.
So I guess I learned the hard way. Good thing I had someone to give me advice on what to do. In summary, keep cool and always keep your priorities straight. Believe me, you won’t want to end up in my past situation.

Kylie had done a stupid tattoo. He placed it on top of his nipple. It has been the most-number-one-thing-to-make-fun-of. He tattooed a bar code. Out of millions of designs out there, the stupid fucker decided to get a bar code. Every time we’d hit a convenience store or a supermarket, I’d get the barcode scanner and make fun of him.
He got the tattoo when he was 14 thinking it was cool cause everyone else is doing it. Now, he’s thinking of getting it redone with another design. I mean here’s the thing, it’s not just a barcode on top of his nipple. He has the word “cutie” done under it.
I swear to god, I’ve never seen him topless in the beach. Even his gf finds it hilarious. The poor guy probably makes love to her in a shirt. He asked my sister to make him a couple of designs that can cover up the stupid tat. None of it so far became something he can really identify with.
He’s already 29, that’s 15 years of enduring that tat. I hope he gets something done about it soon.

Two weeks ago, my colleague Allan submitted his resignation and sadly today is his last day at the office. He was a good friend and a very fun person to work with. He’s the clown of the office you know. At times he is annoying but often he sets the jolly mood in the office. Too bad he had so many issues regarding work so he just decided to find another company.
His reason was not the money, it was more about career development. He pointed out that our company provides us with good benefits and fair salary but the routine work can make our career stagnant. In all the IT careers, regular training is necessary to help employees catch up with the newest trends in the industry. This is why he chose a new company that offers offshore training to its workers.
Anyhow, I know the company will not be the same without him. Earlier, he invited all of us to a bar to celebrate his new found job. Now that’s what I call fun.
