Yet another weight-loss program was offered to me earlier this morning. A kind of yoga-aerobics type program which introduces a certain diet pill called Fenphedra. They say you will get amazing results with this program because it combines the cardio benefits of exercise and the instant results of diet pills. Those enrolled in the program claim to have lost so much weight in just a short span of time. I have heard so many claims like this before so I won’t enroll in the program that instant. I’ll see what my doctor will say about that slimming program they’re offering.
By the way, I googled the pill and found out that it’s made from natural stimulants like caffeine which has been proven to reduce weight. The reviews are good but I will not rely on them. I’ll ask first some health experts about this pill and keep you posted.

Let me guess, a lot of you reading this right now gained a lot of weight due to the long holiday, eat-all-you-can breaks, and are now on the hunt for pills like Orovo to help you lose ‘em right? Ahahaha! Just make sure to match an exercise routine with popping in those pills and I’m sure you’ll be back to your old self in a jiffy. 0:D Happy new year to you!
Anyhow, I’d like to update you with my Christmas reading. You won’t believe this, but I finished reading Ayn Rand’s “Atlas Shrugged” on January 6 at 1:37 a.m. If I’m not mistaken, that 1069-page book is the longest pocket book I’ve read in my entire life; the most fulfilling and satisfying one as of this date as well.
In fact, it was so good that I gave my best friend Mark a copy of that book last January 5 with a foreword:
I have never known a book to contain an essence that makes p a major part of who I am today, as you have known me, and who I intend to be in the future, as Ayn Rand’s “Atlas Shrugged”.
I want you to get to know me better through that book… I, [wisteria], choose to be happy. I choose to live.
Don’t read it now. You may not be able to grasp it fully or miss the essential parts. It can be quite dragging. Read it when you feel the need to read it & when you have time.
I’d like to thank my friend Romar-san for recommending this book to me. Doumo! ^_^

I got an early mail alert today that woke me up. A friend of mine from Brussels sent me an email earlier showing his car buried under thick snow. According to him, a snow storm suddenly came last night. I couldn’t help but laugh about it! That’s what you get for parking outside the garage! Hahaha.
When we were kids we used to love playing with snow, making snowman figures, igloos and stuff. But now that he’s in Europe with his own family, it seems that he’s not enjoying it anymore.
He told me that it’s way too cold there. He had to dig out his car and attach snow chains to the tires before he could go to work. Frustrating isn’t it? Haha. I haven’t experienced that much snow in my life so I can’t really tell if it’s that bad. Hmm… I wonder what his roof looks like right now. ^_^
