Gone were the days when you could see people wearing sweaters and sweatshirts only during cold season. Nowadays, sweaters and sweatshirts in fashion could be worn to match your favorite clothes be it in winter, spring, summer or fall. Wearing appropriate style of sweaters on different occasions enhances one’s personality.
You have to be meticulous when you shop for your sweaters and sweatshirts. Choose the styles and the brands that will help project your true personality and there’s a variety to choose from online. My friend was able to buy online fashionable styles and quality brands of these items. Then again, even if you only have few well selected sweaters and sweatshirts, you can mix and match them with your other clothes and these will surely help you look great. So, the next time you dressed up, wear sweet sweaters of your choice that matches your personality.

It’s still the rainy season here. This is why now’s a good time to buy sunglasses while they’re still cheap!
Yep. Buy sunglasses. Frankly, sunglasses have been my frustration since I was a kid. I just never get to buying one after I lost my first sunglass - Emporio Armani 9142-S. Anyhow, now that I have more free time, I decided to stop dwelling on my loss and start looking for a new one (while it’s still off season!). I like Prada Sport Sunglasses - SPS52E and Gucci 1825/S Unisex Sunglasses. Still, the Versace Sunglasses 2032-B with a colored metal frame, plastic ear rest, with stones on the frame, wins the pageant for me - the brown one.
Contrary to what you think, no, I did not select the Versace Sunglass because it comes with the original hard case, certificate, original lense micro-cleaning cloth. This is just a plus. Hehehe.

Last month, at our house/office in the province, Jef, Marvin, Joedel and I discussed buying a TV. Since we’re still paying off the bills from last month’s move in, we decided to purchase a flat screen TV this October.
Jef, one of my colleagues and housemate informed me a while ago that they bought a Flat Panel HDTV today. He said they purchased it with a credit card on twelve-months to pay basis to make it easier on the pocket. I was a bit doubtful with their taste on television, so I was extremely relieved to find out that they bought the Sony BRAVIA KDL-40XBR2 40 in. HDTV LCD Television. It’s quite pricey, but based from its features like the Live Color Creation backlight system and TruSurround XT™ audio technology, it is absolutely worth it.

It’s my god daughter Ayesha’s third birthday today! Her mom, my very close friend Twyla, specifically told me to buy her a costume for the Halloween party and trick or treat as a birthday gift.
Her birthday celebration is on Friday, October 12, and right now, I’m still undecided if I should buy her the Wizard of Oz Dorothy Costume (with matching hair bow) or the Alice in Wonderland Costume (with attached lace petticoat and white apron, and includes hairbows, and choker). Then again, they’re both too common. Hmmm… I think I’ll settle for the Queen of Hearts Costume. Definitely extraordinary and with the color red, my god daughter’s sure to stand out and receive a generous amount of treats this Halloween.

Last 2005, I bought a Nokia 6630 – the latest phone at that time. Two years later, although there are already a lot of cellular phones which are way better and has more cool features that came out, I can say that Nokia 6630 was a good investment on my part.
Why? It has most of the essential features of the latest models, and with its expandable memory, I can pretty much install on my 6630 most of the software you can find in the latest cellular phones. Then again, if someone offered me a Samsung SGH-D900 (comes with a powerful 3.13 megapixel camera and TV-output function), an Apple iPhone (8 GB), a Nokia 7370 (I really love the Warm Amber, this phone totally wins the beauty pageant) or a RIM BlackBerry 8700c Cellular Phone, I’d happily accept it and donate my current cell phone. Who wouldn’t? 0:p

I bought a sterling silver chain necklace when I went out of town last March 28 for my cousin Rico’s wedding. I bought it with a plain cross pendant. The necklace is so nice that it actually goes well with just about any silver-themed pendant.
Consequently, my quest for hunting simple but elegant pendants began. Right now, I’m deciding among the Pearl Pendant 0.20 cts (with free gift bag), a 14KT White Gold 1.00ct Diamond Cross Pendant, and a 14k White Gold Multicolor Sapphire Journey Pendant. I think I’m going for the latter because the seven multicolored round sapphires that are prong-set in the pendant makes it look vibrant and can be partnered with just about any shade of clothes.

My cousin Abigail has been bugging me for quite some time for a new bag. Her everyday bag is so worn out that she’s afraid it might rip anytime soon.
She has been eyeing my authentic Coach Black Leather Lunch Tote. Unfortunately, I cannot just give it to her because it was a present from our aunt. With the upcoming Christmas season, I decided to be more generous and am now saving up for a dark brown lambskin Balenciaga bag with a detachable leather framed mirror and whistle charm at handle. It’s quite pricey for a bag. But with the quality and design, it’s definitely worth it.
Anyhow, if all else fails, I can always just opt to buy her one of the Gucci Handbags Cruise 2006 with a GG Plus signature canvas.

My close friend and officemate, Elvis, is a flash website creator and an animator. He recently got a raise and is now planning to save up for his dream laptop – a Mac Book Pro (MA610LL) Notebook.
I doubtfully asked, “Why choose a Mac Book?! Apple Laptops are pretty expensive compared to the usual ones.” He laughed and informed me that he prefers a Mac Notebook because of its graphics boost.
I did further research and according to one website, “More onscreen space can be added to a MacBook, which is ideal for graphic designers and digital imaging professionals editing their artwork in Adobe Photoshop.” I guess this, plus the fact that it is the only mainstream notebook besides the Lenovo ThinkPad T61p to surpass 10,000 on the 3DMark03 tests, does make the Mac Book a dream machine for creative types like my friend Elvis.

I’m a big fan of pearls, diamonds, and gold. However, I have not been into accessories until recently. Consequently, I’ve been making up for lost time by ensuring that I have all types of accessories to match the occasion.
With my cousin’s upcoming 18th birthday, I’m planning to wear a brown balloon dress and highlight it with a gold necklace since the neck area is pretty bare. Unfortunately, the only thick necklace I have is a customized floating pearl necklace. It does not seem to add the desired simple yet elegant effect that I want to project, so I browsed for the perfect match for my brown dress.
Luckily, I found THE necklace to fit my dress: A Walk Through The Garden Diamond Necklace by Galatea Jewelry. It is a polished 14kt yellow gold necklace with multiple flowers accented with diamonds. It’s currently on sale. Still, it’s way beyond my budget. I guess I’ll just settle with just purchasing the Liz Claiborne Pearl Torsade Necklace for the meantime. Hmmm… perhaps I’ll also buy the Nine West Vine Necklace and the Nine West 2 Row 16in Silver Necklace to add to my collection.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith (not the movie, these are my neighbors) will be celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary in February. Unlike other family activities usually celebrated with relatives and friends, the forthcoming wedding anniversary will be spent at Las Vegas at an intimate gathering with their four children. Family bonding at Las Vegas will be a great experience for all members of the Smith family.
Having read about the Las Vegas Hotels, my mom recommended to the couple the Stratosphere Tower because the place is a known landmark and it has everything - from hotel, casino, and restaurant, to an observation post. Stratosphere Tower is the tallest observation tower in the world, and its peak houses the Top of the World Restaurant which revolves 360 degrees each hour.
The Smith’s children will surely treasure this memorable stay at Las Vegas, living the high life at Stratosphere Tower, one of the prominent Las Vegas Hotels. This family bonding at Las Vegas will definitely strengthen their relationship towards each other.
